Ordering & Payment Options
LITHBTH utilizes a secure shopping cart. Click on the Shopping Cart image to take you to your cart at any time so you may
add, delete, or change quantities for items. Prompts will guide you through the simple ordering process.
Payment for shopping cart items can be made through PayPal with a major credit card or with an existing PayPal account.
This service is free to you as the buyer. PayPal is a secure site with one of the highest security ratings in the business.
At no time do we have access to your financial information; it is a completely private process. If you experience any difficulties with our shopping cart or payment processing, please email us with your phone number, and we will contact you to handle the transaction by phone.
If you prefer to pay with a check or money order, you may email us directly with a list of the items you would like to order, both your shipping and email addresses, and a contact phone number.
Do not use the shopping cart if you want this payment option. We will send an invoice to your email address. You can then

Processing & Shipping Orders
Our goal is promptness and accuracy. Once payment is received, orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Expect delays on weekends and holidays. Orders received between May and August may be delayed by up to 3 weeks. We ship five days per week via Priority or First Class U.S. mail, although we reserve the right to ship via insured Media Mail or UPS on occasion. You will be notified by email with shipment tracking information once we generate your shipping label. All shipping times given are approximate and dependent upon the shipping company's performance.
Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries to APO/FPO may take up to 21 days. Deliveries to AK and HI are shipped via Priority Mail whenever possible, so there should not be any delay. Orders shipped in multiple boxes may arrive separately. We ship internationally, but we must price these orders on an individual basis. Please email us for a quote.
Shipping & Handling
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a California address will be charged 9.75% sales tax.
Backorders
Items which are backordered will automatically be shipped when they become available. International orders will be held until all items are available for shipment.
Returns
Please let us know within 10 days after receipt of your order of any shipping errors, discrepancies, or damages. All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping costs. Please email us to let us know what you are returning, to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN), and to receive a "Ship To" address. To receive a refund, all items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and with no missing parts. Any Game, CD, and DVD packages cannot have been opened. Please print the RAN on the front of the package. We will mail a refund check or credit your account, depending on how the order was paid.
